We did this chocolate pie in two steps, already a while ago. For summary's sake here is definitive step three for a lean brownie chocolate cake. Originally this called for 130 g sugar. Never believe recipes when it comes to sugar.
95 g dark chocolate (try sweetened with stevia for a change)
95 g butter
3 eggs
60 g sugar
45 g white (=peeled) almonds, ground
1/2 teaspoon of cardamon
Preheat the oven at 180 °C.
Melt chocolate and butter over low heat (induction 2), whisk the eggs with the sugar, grind the almonds, add almonds to sugar-eggs, then add chocolate-butter to almond-sugar-eggs.
Bake for 37 minutes. No real need to oil or butter the tin (unless ever so lightly).
