Swiss Chard is My Best Friend

A very short missive to say that Swiss chard and Pak choi have been my best green friends this Fall. I have to admit that in these pages I tended to covet a special spelling for this veggie (Pak Choy), but passons. I eat them every week, stewed with garlic or mashed with potatoes, though for pak choi making small muffins is possible as well, the possibilities are endless.
